陈收, 男, 1956年11月出生, 汉族, 广东龙川人, 中共党员, 管理学博士。教授，兼任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员, 教育部社会科学委员会委员,国家自然科学基金委员会学科评审组评审专家, 《系统工程》主编，《管理科学学报》、《中国管理科学》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《管理科学》、《管理评论》、《管理学报》编委。曾任湖南大学副校长, 湖南大学教学委员会主任委员,2001年经国务院批准为享受政府特殊津贴专家。
湖南大学金融工程、产业金融、企业战略管理学科带头人。现为国家自然科学基金创新研究群体项目负责人和国家自然科学基金重大项目主持人，主持完成国家自然科学基金重点项目1项，其他国家基金项目4项, 部省项目5项；在国内外重要刊物上发表研究论文180余篇, 出版专著, 教材10余部。获高等学校科学技术进步奖一等奖；湖南省高等教育省级教学成果一等奖。被评为第五届湖南十大杰出经济人物；湖南省首届青年社会科学专家；湖南省优秀教师。获湖南省徐特立教育奖。
