As a school unit, the Independent research
base in Hunan Province and the Independent Research Center in Hunan
University mainly rely on the Hunan Institute of Politics and Public
Administration to offer the branch of clean governance for the undergraduate
and MPA degree. They also rely on the school law, management, economic
branches to provide social science degrees in education at all levels. Hunan
University has started the clean governance course training since the Law
School in Hunan University offered the courses in that area for the Master
Degree. And it has seven years of history now. Currently, about 20-30
Discipline Inspection Commissions and Discipline inspection and supervision
of cadres are enrolled in MPA professional in the direction of clean
government and administrative supervision per grade. About 30 undergraduates
choose the direction of clean governance every year. Each year, 10-30
graduates learn government control, independent theory, job-related crimes
and other professional direction for a science degree. The number of Courses
in the independent direction offered in the MPA professional is seven. It’s
generally 2 or 3 in the science degree, and it is about 10 in the direction
of independent among the undergraduate courses. In order to provide the
students a place to express their opinions, the base also hosts a regular
publication "Yuelu Independent Studies."
